Tim L. Myers, Principal

Mr. Myers is a Manager of Allied Realty Partners LLC (including affiliates, "Allied Realty"). Allied Realty is a Houston-based multi-family real estate investment, development and property management firm. Mr. Myers has directly or indirectly successfully sponsored the acquisition/development of approximately 13,000 multi-family units, or a total aggregate value of approximately $1.1 billion.

Prior to co-founding Allied Realty in 1985, Mr. Myers served as Vice President of one of the country's largest independent apartment development firm. During Mr. Myers' tenure, he served as Vice President of the Property Management Division, where he was responsible for the oversight of over 25,000 multi-family units.

Mr. Myers' professional affiliations include the Houston Apartment Association (HAA), the Texas Apartment Association (TAA), the National Apartment Association (NAA), and the National Multi-Housing Council (NMHC). Mr. Myers served as the 1994 President of HAA and the 1995-1996 President of TAA. He is a member of the HAA Hall of Fame and currently serves as Director Emeritus of HAA. He is also a Board Member and Vice-Chair of the Tax Committee of NMHC. Mr. Myers is a graduate of the University of Houston.
